1. General Obligations

1.1 The customer shall fully indemnify Outback 2 Basics against any loss arising from any claim made by the Owner as a result of any action of the customer, including but not limited to damage to property or failure to pay the Owner.

1.2 While Outback 2 Basics uses reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of information supplied regarding courses, books, and equipment, no warranty is given as to their accuracy. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from information provided orally or in writing.

1.3 Outback 2 Basics makes no guarantee regarding the state or condition of properties provided by Owners. We will not be liable for accidents, damage, loss, injury, expense, or inconvenience to persons or property resulting from acts, omissions, or defaults of the Owners or any third party.

1.4 Outback 2 Basics reserves the right to refuse access to courses, activities, or accommodation. In such cases, all liability of Outback 2 Basics and Owners shall cease.


2. Customer Liability

2.1 Customers are responsible for any loss, damage, costs, or claims arising from deliberate or negligent acts or omissions by themselves or their party.

2.2 If Property requires repair or replacement due to customer actions, the customer shall cover reasonable costs.


3. Booking and Availability

3.1 Bookings are made under the assumption that courses or experiences are available on the selected dates.

3.2 If the booked experience is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., fire, storm, illness, land withdrawal), Outback 2 Basics will use reasonable endeavours to provide an alternative. If an alternative cannot be provided or is unsuitable, all monies paid will be refunded. We are not liable for any consequential loss or inconvenience.

3.3 Experiences must be started within 12 months of payment. Customers must respond within seven days of being offered an alternative experience. If the alternative is more expensive, the difference may be charged.

3.4 Submission of a booking form or online/telephone payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and confirmation that the booker is authorized to act on behalf of all participants.

3.5 The customer is responsible for ensuring that all participants comply with these terms.


4. Payment and Refunds

4.1 The full price is required at the time of booking.

4.2 If Outback 2 Basics cannot accept a booking, payments will be refunded within 14 days.

4.3 All payments are non-refundable. Customers who cancel for any reason forfeit the payment made.

4.4 Bookings that do not meet minimum requirements may be cancelled, and refunds may be issued minus an administrative charge to cover processing fees.

4.5 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct date and experience are booked. Outback 2 Basics is not liable for errors made by the customer.


5. Risk and Participation

5.1 Participants take part at their own risk and accept that no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss/damage to personal property rests with the supervisory staff unless caused by proven negligence.

5.2 Outback 2 Basics reserves the right to dismiss participants from a course for safety or conduct reasons, without refund.


6. Customer Complaints

6.1 If the customer is dissatisfied with the experience, they must contact Outback 2 Basics within 5 working days.

6.2 Under no circumstances shall liability exceed the price paid for the course, book, or equipment.


7. Security and Privacy

7.1 We implement appropriate measures to protect personal information and use industry-standard practices for data confidentiality.

7.2 Personal information is collected for:

  • Sending newsletters, offers, and promotions.
  • Improving website content and layout.
  • Understanding customer interests and buying behaviour.
  • Marketing and promotional purposes related to our products and activities.

8. License and Website Use

8.1 Outback 2 Basics grants a limited license to access and use the website for personal purposes only.

8.2 The site and its contents may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or exploited commercially without written consent.


9. Product Descriptions

9.1 Outback 2 Basics aims to provide accurate product descriptions and content but cannot guarantee they are error-free, complete, or reliable.

9.2 We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.


10. Prices

10.1 Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

10.2 Any refunds will be limited to the price paid and do not cover any additional costs incurred by the customer.


11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by UK law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
